ARTIST STATEMENT

Painting is a dance of light and colour. I specialize in surreal portraiture - be it imagiary characters, animals, yogi's or a figure taken from art-history. Watercolour and coloured pencil are my medium of choice. My work is an ode to nature - I marvel at her endless beauty.
